Talent is more valuable than gold!

We are therefore excited to share that 125 young ambitious students have applied to the first edition of “Talent garden”, the innovative traineeship program of 4 Dutch companies in Slovakia: HEINEKEN, ING, NN and Union.

Twelve students will be selected to participate in this unique one-year program which is supported by the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia, the Netherlands Embassy in Slovakia and the Ministry of Economy. The students will experience work in all four companies within one year and in addition to that receive tailor-made training, interesting assignments and networking opportunities as part of their unique journey.

The selection process will start shortly and the first group will start their traineeships in the beginning of 2024. Good luck to all the candidates and we will keep you posted!

Talent je nad zlato!

Preto s veľkým potešením zdieľame, že do prvého ročníka “Talent garden” programu sa prihlásilo 125 mladých ambicióznych študentov. “Talent garden” je inovatívny stážový program štyroch holandských firiem na Slovensku: HEINEKEN, ING, NN a Union. 

Dvanásť vybraných študentov sa zúčastní unikátneho ročného programu, ktorý podporuje Holandská obchodná komora na Slovensku, Holandské veľvyslanectvo na Slovensku a Ministerstvo hospodárstva. Študenti si vyskúšajú prácu vo všetkých štyroch spoločnostiach počas jedného roka a navyše dostanú tréningy na mieru, zaujímavé úlohy a príležitosti na získavanie nových kontaktov ako súčasť ich vlastnej cesty. 

Výberový proces čoskoro začne a prvá skupina začne stážovať na začiatku roka 2024. Veľa šťastia všetkým kandidátom!
